Avalanche at Jackson Hole?

The word around the resort today is that a patroller was caught in an avalanche at Jackson Hole today. The lifts are experiencing a 2-3+ hour delay in opening. I hope everything is okay and our rotten snowpack heals it's self soon. We have seen more than enough slide activity in the past two years.

Update: JH Underground has the scoop.

It appears to be serious...please send positive thoughts to the patrol today.

B757

Flew in to JAC on a Delta flight with 175 seats with 25 passengers. It has been a while since I had such an empty flight.

I wonder how much money Delta lost on this flight? It was full today on the return to SLC which helps balance out the loss.

B757 by you.

Well Said...Cash for Clunker Class War

Why are Republicans opposing Cash for Clunkers?

A good read. If we spend $180B, why not support a program to help the auto industry, local dealers, reduce our gas consumption...all of which is a fraction of the bank bailout cost.

Besides, we all own part of the auto industry now.
